Responsibilities

  • Reach allotted revenue and profit goals.
  • Attend to existing and prospective customers in the region.
  • Develop distribution and alternate sales channels as appropriate.
  • Establish pricing models for direct customers.
  • Develop sales and pricing strategies to maximize revenues.
  • Analyze and prepare forecasts and estimates for account(s) revenue.
  • Gather and communicate market feedback.
  • Assist with global accounts within the region.
  • Prepare reports for Senior Management as needed.
  • Maintain professional knowledge of customers, technologies, and products.
  • Participate in industry events as required.

  • Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time

  • Experience in accessing audience and identifying creative solutions to customer requirements

 

Preferred Experience

  • Five years of complex sales experience including preparation/presentation of written proposals, contract negotiations and presentation of products is preferred.
  • Two years’ experience in OEM, industrial, electronics, computer or technology related sales.
  • Worked in an independent sales environment and exemplified self motivation

 

Education

  • Four year degree in Business, Engineering or related field strongly preferred.

This is a base + bonus position. At sales target, the successful candidate will earn a 33% bonus. There is unlimited bonus potential with an accelerator after reaching target.
